Delivered defrosted. Actually threw these in the bin. Soent two days in transit despite previous complaint.
Very dissapointing.

Sadly our sea food arrived unfrozen and we could not use it for the party. we did eat it and it was lovely .Also the address label had been torn off and it was lucky we had a delivery driver who worked out where it needed to go. great product but no use if you cant use it when you want too.

Prepared and frozen on the same day it’s landed.

We recommend defrosting overnight in the fridge.
