Amazing monkfish!

The monkfish from Britannia Shellfish is absolutely excellent. This is a super fish particularly for (small!) barbecues with friends and special celebrations (we like it in Brown Butter Sauce - yum!).

Britannia Shellfish have never let us down and whenever we've ordered for a special occasion everything has gone swimmingly (sorry...) - beautiful fish, lots of cheerful help with the order, and delivery always as scheduled.

Obviously I'm a repeat customer!
